- A bandage (or a gauze)
- Cabbage (organic red would be the best one)
- Aluminum foil
Process Of Preparation:
Take the external leaf of the cabbage. Wash it well and make sure it’s dry. Eliminate the hard stem from it. Next, you’ll need to take out all of the cabbage juice. For this, you’ll take a rolling pin and roll it over the leaf.
Use the foil to wrap the leaf. Put it in the oven so that it is warmed up for several minutes. Put it warm on the painful spot. Apply the bandage or gauze over it as a compress.
It should stay on it for 60minutes. You can eliminate it after that. Repeat the process 2 or 3 times every day. In case you want cold compresses more, the leaves should be left in the fridge for a while. After that, you can use them as a compress.
