These Noodles Are Connected Parkinson’s, chronic inflammation, Alzheimer’s and weight gain!

One of the most popular dinners which are prepared almost instantly are instant noodles. They are very cheap and don’t take you a lot of time for preparation. They are tasty, but they are certainly not healthy.

During the first experiment on these noodles performed by Massachusetts General Hospital and the lead researcher Dr. Braden Kuo, there is something new about these noodles and you may not like it.

The doctor used a camera with the size of a pill-sized to discover what is going on the inside of your complete digestive tract after you consume ramen noodles.

Even After Numerous Hours Of Digestion, These Noodles Don’t Break Down!

The presented video shows the noodles inside a stomach of a person. 2 hours pass and they are still intact! This has raised a lot of concern.

Your digestive system will be disturbed, but your insulin release as well as your blood levels will be affected, too.

They aren’t nutritious. In fact, they are abundant in additives and one of the most dangerous is including tertiary butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) which is actually a toxic preservative.

TBHQ Is Lethal Even If It’s Only Present In 5 Grams!

This preservative is actually a byproduct of the petroleum industry. Producers often call it an antioxidant, but it’s not. It only extends the date of processed foods on the shelves.

Many famous companies use it: Teddy Grahams, CHEEZ-IT crackers, Wheat Thins crackers, McDonald’s chicken nuggets, Red Baron frozen pizza, Taco Bell beans, Kellogg’s Reese’s peanut butter cups, etc.

It can also be found in pesticide products, lacquers, and varnishes. In the cosmetic industry, it’s present in perfumes and cosmetics . It improves their stability and reduces the evaporation rate.

When TBHQ is at about 0-0.5 mg/kg of body weight, it is safe for consumption, but it would be the best not to use it at all. Some researchers claim that if you expose yourself to 1 gram of TBHQ it can cause:

  • Delirium
  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
  • Vomiting and nausea
  • Collapse
  • Sense of suffocation

This substance isn’t a persistent toxicant, but if you eat instant noodles constantly, you’ll have prolonged exposures which isn’t good. Researches performed on animals concluded that this TBHQ can cause:

  • Biochemical changes
  • Liver problems
  • Positive results of mutation
  • Reproductive changes

Metabolic Syndrome Connected to Instant Noodles

A recent study performed on women, the ones who consumed these noodles more, had an increased risk of metabolic syndrome, no matter whether they exercised or ate healthily.

They also increased their levels of heart problems, diabetes, high blood sugar etc.

What Else Is Included Into a Package of Instant Noodles?

They contain TBHQ, sodium, palm oil, wheat flour, but also these dangerous substances:

Benzopyrene

Many different brands of noodles use this substance which is known to cause cancer! They all claim that the amount the noodles contain isn’t harmful.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

This is the main reason to avoid these noodles. It is an excitotoxin. It  overexcites your nerve cells and it can even damage them to death. That causes Alzheimer’s disease, learning disabilities, Lou Gehrig’s disease, brain dysfunction, Parkinson’s disease, etc.

Glutamic Acid

It is a part of MSG and is extremely dangerous. It can cause immense obesity, so you have to avoid it!

Eat Healthy, Living And Whole Foods To Obtain Optimal Health

It isn’t that dangerous to eat some noodles now and then, but you shouldn’t consume them every day.

These noodles are the type of processed foods that you should avoid the most. You only become fat and sick very fast.

They are full of artificial ingredients, sugar, refined carbohydrates and fructose and a very small amount of nutrients and fiber. All processed foods are highly addictive. You’ll only overeat and crave for more.

These foods cause insulin resistance and chronic inflammation. We all know that processed foods are a new type of food. People have consumed fruits, meat, vegetables, eggs as well as whole foods for many centuries.

Try to remove processed foods of your everyday diet but do it gradually. In that way, you won’t feel any side-effects.

Always buy products which are grown locally. Plan your meals according to them.

Prepare your meals ahead of time and don’t worry if you’ve got leftovers. You can eat them the following day and not even think about the dangerous instant noodles!
