The seven-day diet
First day- Reserved for fruit
Eat only fruit during the whole day. Eat fruit for every meal of the day. You should not eat banana. You can consume pineapple, apple, papaya, etc.
Second day- Reserved for vegetables
Eat vegetables for every meal of the day. Eat cooked potatoes for breakfast. Eat vegetables which are rich in fiber like for example beans and broccoli. Put them in salads and soups or steam them.
Third day – reserved for fruit and vegetable
Combine the fruits and the vegetables from the first and the second day. Don’t eat potatoes or bananas.
Forth day – Reserved for banana and milk
Eat just bananas and milk during the fourth day. You can eat up to 10 bananas and three milk glasses.
Fifth day – Day for a feast
This is the day when you can consume lean meat. Eat fish fillets or lean chicken and no more than eight tomatoes. Drink more water, 12-15 glasses.
Sixth day – Reserved for vegetables and red meat
Consume cooked red meat and a lot of vegetables for lunch.
Seventh day- Vegetables and rice
For your lunch, eat cooked brown rice. Mix the rice with some steamed vegetables. You can also consume just one potato and drink fresh vegetable or fruit juice.
