If you ignore cold and flu symptoms, or you just wait the cold to pass, you are putting a lot strain on the kidneys and you can damage them.
- Too much coffee
Drink one or two coffees per day in order to avoid disrupting the function of the kidneys.
- Too much proteins
Eating a lot of meals rich in protein harms the kidneys since the metabolic loads is boosted very fast. If you want to stop these problems, do not eat too many proteins.
- Abuse of Painkillers
Don’t use too much painkillers. You can relieve the pain naturally. The painkillers can really damage the kidneys.
