Scientists say that your biological age shows how old your body is and the current chronological age shows the life length of your body. Here are some ways to discover what the biological age of a person is.

- If you feel any type of pain or discomfort when you were keeping the legs straight or bending your knees, you have 38 to 50 years.
- If you can’t touch the toes or the ground with the hands and you were feeling some kind of pain and you wanted to go back standing, you have 50 or more years.
