There are other animal studies that show that the apple cider vinegar reduces the level of triglyceride and also it helps in the reduction of VLDL which is a harmful form of cholesterol.

Another benefit of this vinegar is its usage in the treatment of different irritations of the skin. Some of them include bites of bugs, sunburns and also can be used to treat irritations on the skin caused by poison ivy. You can use it directly on your skin or you can use it in your bathtub and that will help you calm the skin.

How vinegar helps the diabetics? Diabetes happens when the blood sugar is too high. The person that is suffering from this disease does not have energy to carry on the daily obligations. The apple cider vinegar helps in the control of the blood glucose and it actually has anti-glycemic properties.

A glass of warm water and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon can make that happen for you.

Moreover, apple vinegar has antibacterial characteristics. If you have problems with sore throat, just take a glass of water and one third of a cup of the vinegar and you should do a gargle with this solution.

A lot of young girls and boys are trying to lose weight. Most of them do not know that the solution to that problem is the apple cider vinegar. The vinegar helps you not to feel hungry and on that way you eat less food.

A study was carried on and the people that participated in it who had a high carbohydrate food together with a small amount of vinegar ate less food in the other meals during the day. On that way they lost about 200 to 275 calories a day and they lost weight monthly.

The acetic acid has an effect to reduce the glucose and the insulin response and if you eat bread together with apple cider vinegar will make you fell full.

Another use of the vinegar is to break up the mucus in the body and that will help with the congestion of the sinuses. The antibacterial characteristics also help to treat infections.

Moreover, every day, if you have problem with acid reflux you should drink a big glass of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar which should be raw and unfiltered. Actually this will help you to have a better acid content in your stomach.

The pectin that is an ingredient of the vinegar will relieve the intestinal spasms.
