Filling our brain with numerous memories that aren’t important will stop us from making some decisions that are good for us. We’ll be at conflict with ourselves. It isn’t that important to try and remember every little detail. Try to forget them. Focus on some greater and more important facts that need to be remembered.

In that case, you’ll have to visit a doctor so that they could see what the real problem is and whether there is a serious condition underlying in you.
