Here Are Our Tips Against Foot Pain:
Stretching is the least you can do. You can do it in only 5 minutes and in any place!
- The Toe Raise
Try to lift your toes. Even though it sounds very easy, some people can’t do it. Stand flat. Then, lift your toes up. Raise the pinky toe, too. Try to make it be on the same height as your big toe is. Repeat this 5 times for every foot.
- Toe Lifts
This should be done while you’re raising your toes. Try to lower the big toe only. It can be very hard, but it will help you have more balanced feet. Try to press down only the small toe. Then, press the big toe down. Change. This should be done 5 times for every toe on both of your feet.
- Rock Out
Do this while you’re standing. Your weight should be rocked to the outside of your foot. Lift your weight off towards the inside of the foot. While the weight is on the inside, rock inward. You should do the same for both of your feet at the same time. Do 10 times on every side.
- Tennis Ball Roll
Use a tennis ball for this. Step on it. Roll it under slowly with a small amount of pressure. Alternate your feet. After you’ve finished with it, tilt the foot with your fingers pointing towards the knee. Stretch the toes while they’re pointing towards down.
- Fingers And Toes
Put the legs in front and sit. The toes should point towards the ceiling. Then, lean forward. Lace the fingers with the toes. Pull back gently. You might find it difficult as you should do both of your feet at the same time, but in case you can’t, do it one by one. If you aren’t very flexible, this can be very difficult.
