- Excess salt consumption
If you consume too much salt on a daily basis your blood pressure will rise, overworking the kidneys. The recommended daily intake of sodium is 5gr or less.
- Not going when you need to go
If you have a habit of holding it in and resisting your need to urinate, your kidneys will suffer. This habit can lead to kidney stones, incontinence, kidney failure and many other diseases.
- Resist your sugar habit
